Returns & Refunds policy

Before the order is delivered, you have the right to cancel it for a full refund without providing a reason.

Order cancellation requests must be made within two days of receiving the products or the date that a third party (the delivery company) who is not the carrier takes control of the delivered item.

You must email a detailed statement to the company at or within two days of the item being delivered to your doorstep in order to exercise your right to cancel.

All COD cash-on-delivery shipments must be paid for before the item is delivered to the customer's hand.

The company will no longer repay you in cash or bank transfer for the cancellation requested by the product supplied to you, and you will be charged. Shipping and service expenses for the delivery of your order will be subtracted, and a credit note or coupon for a short-term or long-term maximum of 90 days (validity) will be supplied. For such reimbursement, a digital voucher will be supplied. Accounts will be handled in accordance with the procedures.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • supply of goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiration is over.

  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

  • The supply of goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items

  • Holding the item by your side for many days with multiple trials occurring is not acceptable.(After two days from the date of delivery company not acceptable)

  • Especially since we are connecting buyer and seller platform procedures, we will talk a bit longer than usual.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

  • Some cases"' You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to us,

  • Once the return (RTS) is received by us, it will be sent to the internal verification department for the preliminary check,

  • Furthermore, the item will be sent to the supplier team for evaluation.

  • As per the supplier's comment, the item will be accepted or denied, and we will send a return confirmation to the customer accordingly.

  • Our accounts department will generate the exact value after the conveyance deductions for the cancelled order. and send the return voucher to the customer within the next working day.

The Faabs Portal

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in a return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.


If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as gifts when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
